The Mother Goddess
is a sanctuary for pregnancy and postpartum that honors these transitions as sacred rites of passage and initiation into motherhood.
Through embodied practices, nervous system care, and ancestral feminine wisdom rooted in the Goddess traditions, women are supported through the physical, emotional, and identity transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
If you’re looking for holistic, compassionate care that holds the full depth of becoming a Mother, then this is for you.
Meet your GUIDE
Hi, I’m Cris
I’m the founder of The Mother Goddess, and a Mother myself.
My work emerged from a deep longing to honor pregnancy and postpartum as rites of passage rather than medical events or boxes to check. These passages shape not only bodies but identity, nervous systems, and spirit.
Through my own journey into motherhood, and my experience as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Coach, I saw how deeply women need support that honors the nervous system, the body, and the profound inner change that accompanies birth.
I created The Mother Goddess as a sanctuary — a place where Mothers are met with reverence, compassion, and trust in their innate wisdom. A space that welcomes all forms of physical, emotional, and spiritual expression without pathologizing, labeling, or trying to fix what is already whole.
Rites of passage create culture and by changing how we honor postpartum we change the future for Mothers. One Mother at a time.
If you feel called to experience pregnancy or postpartum as a supported, sacred passage, you are warmly invited to explore The Mother Goddess offerings.

A Postpartum Program That Honors Your Journey As A Sacred Initiation
introducing
Chrysalis
You've created life. Now it's time to restore yours.
This program gently guides you through postpartum healing — rebuilding your core, nourishing your body, nurturing your womb and pelvic bowl and supporting the expansion of your nervous system during this major transformation from Maiden to Mother.
This is more than just recovery. It's a journey into a new era of your life, guided with wisdom, compassion, and the acknowledgement that your body has done sacred work.
This is NOT about "getting back" to who you were. It's about honoring the liminal space between who you were and who you're becoming with the care and the reverence that it deserves — without rushing your process.
Closing Ceremony
NEW OFFERING
For as long as women have been crossing the great thresholds of life, there has been a tradition of holding them, witnessing them, and closing what the crossing left open.
The Closing Ceremony is one of the most ancient forms of postpartum and transitional care known across cultures. It comes to you at home, unfolds over a full day, and offers your body and soul something the modern world rarely provides: devoted, unhurried, ceremonial care.
Whether you have recently given birth or are standing at another threshold in your life, this ceremony holds you through it.
